Primary Responsibilities
  • DEPARTMENT/SECTION: WORKFORCE PLANNING & ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT (WPOM), GROUP PEOPLE MANAGEMENT & TEAM CULTURE (GPMTC) - Chancellery
  • To produce division performance/monthly reporting
  • Execute Job Management initiatives including Job Description/Job evaluation and organization management
  • To ensure effective customer service delivery for areas under Workforce Planning & Organization Management
  • Administer the process of yearly Workforce Planning

  Skill Requirements
  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resources Management
  • Knowledge in Workforce Planning & Organization Management is a must
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as HR Generalist
  • Possess good leadership quality
  • Able to supervise cross functional unit
