ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
Primary Responsibilities
  • ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER - FINANCE UNIT, UNIKL MIMET
  • Collection tasks:
  • i)To update daily payment by students in Ecitie (manual and collect service, interact with students – counter, email & phone, maintain bad debts and potential bad debts for every month, create invoice, Debit Note & Credit Note for students in Ecitie, liaise with internal units and external parties pertaining students issues.
  • Asset Management Task:
  • i)To maintain Fixed Asset Register & Property and Plant & Equipment for every month.

  Skill Requirements
  • A minimum of Diploma in Accounting
  • Minimum two (2) years working experience in Finance
  • Computer Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (Malay and English)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and mature personality
  • Able to communicate & handle difficult people/student
  • Able to establish and maintain good working relation with the team
